The Dancer CP-8571 is by far the best value in the Dancer line. It's 3-way design includes a Be 1.25-inch Beryllium tweeter, 7-inch paper cone midrange and single 8-inch carbon-impregnated paper-cone woofer. The speed and clarity of its presentation was part of the reason this speaker received The Absolute Sound's 2005 Editors Choice Award and a TAS Golden Ear Award! Dr. Joseph D'Appolito is Usher's technical consultant and provides guidance on crossover design, resulting in suave, powerful, transparent and engaging sound from beautifully crafted and lustrously finished cabinets made with leading-edge components at very affordable real-world prices. The front baffle alone is a full 2.5-inch thick on this time-aligned masterpiece. The CP-8571s are as accomplished with two channels as they are in surround applications.
